Jackie was of the Baptist faith and he loved golfing. He worked 37 years at Dupont and he had owned and operated Jack’s Car Wash in Dayton. Jackie was a veteran of the U.S. Army.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Allen (Jake) and Anna Fine.  He is survived by his wife, Dorothy L. Fine; three children, Jeffrey Allen (Marcy) Fine of Hollywood, Fla., Kevin Brandt (Becky)  Fine of Andersonville, Tn., Craig Stephen Fine of Fort Dix, N.J.; two sisters, Donna (Gene) Renner of Dayton, and Kathy Tumlin of  Dayton; a brother, Jerry (Laura) Fine of Chattanooga, Tn.; three grandchildren, Spencer Fine, Cody Fine and Corey Fine; as well as several nieces and nephews.  The family will receive friends Sunday, Dec. 16, from 12-2 p.m. at the funeral home.  Funeral services will be Sunday, Dec. 16, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Coulter-Garrison Funeral home with Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald officiating.  Interment will be in Rhea Memory Gardens. ...
